Adam + Linsey first met at an antique show that the groom was currectly working at as a furniture restoration craftsman, so naturally they their wedding was chalk full of antiques and unique pieces they personally chose to fit their style and tie in with their love story! They used some furniture and brass decor inherited from their grandparents, and spent the 10 months leading up to their wedding hunting for treasures to fill their tables with! The results were absolutely stunning, and I was blown away by all the personal touches and details!

Linsey is a wonderful artist, you can check out her work here! She hand dipped & wrote each place card, designed her invitations as well as creating the beautiful tapestry behind her cake table! Adam designed and built the bar & made the table numbers, so much talent all around!

The bride’s mom made Linsey’s wedding dress from scratch, using the lace from her 1978 dress that originally came from bride’s late grandparents’ fabric shop. The design of the dress was inspired by a 1930’s pattern they found in the left over stash of sewing products from the shop.

From the Bride: ‘Every place Adam and I visit when hiking, vacationing, etc. – since our very first date – he always picks out a pebble or rock from that place when I’m not looking and gives it to me on our way home. The turquoise necklace I’m wearing that day was his “stone souvenir” to me for our wedding day at the ONE place he’d yet to give me a stone from (and yes, I’d already wondered why/secretly pouted over the fact that he kept forgetting to find a stone for me from Olivette after the numerous times we’d visited there to plan the wedding, picnic, or just access the river hahahaha)’

From the Bride: ‘ALMOST every single day since our first date, Adam has sent me a song. He used to send the youtube link via text but we quickly just made a shared playlist on Spotify where we could both add our song of the day to. It’s become quite a curated list of all genres. This playlist not only inspired every song played throughout our wedding day, but we also made mixed CD copies with some of our favorite from that playlist for our guests to take home. Adam wanted to make these on actual vinyl records, but I got him to agree to much more affordable CDs with labels that looked like vinyl lol. We are still getting so many compliments from our guests and friends they’ve shared the playlist with that it’s the perfect mixed tape!’
