Neil+Hayley | Romantic Mountaintop Elopement Inspiration, Asheville, NC

I am constantly inspired by the beautiful mountains that surround western North Carolina, so I planned this simple, styled elopement as a way to keep my creative juices flowing. The Blue Ridge Mountains paired with the deep pinks of the florals & the soft, delicate gown created just the moody, romantic feel I was going for!

I was privileged to find an amazing couple who agreed to model for me. Hayley is a super talented actress from Asheville, I was able to work with her at a fashion show she modeled for, and was so excited to get the opportunity again! Go check out some of her work here!

Neil + Hayley’s connection is undeniable, they were absolutely effortless to photograph, I was honored to have a little peak into their relationship, and so thankful how they helped bring my vision to life!

We made the trek up to Craggy Gardens, hiked up to the bald, back down, and then back up the Craggy Pinnacle Trail. It was quite exhausting, but they were such champs & never complained.

I cannot say enough about all of these wonderful people that made this shoot happen. I am beyond blessed to have the opportunity to work with such creative, kind & generous human beings!

She was personable, prompt, professional, and really really fun. The photos speak for themselves, but we are thrilled with the end result. On a big day with a lot going on, she made the whole experience of the shoot seem really easy and effortless. Her experience is quite obvious, and knowing when to give us space or step in for photos was something she navigated very well. Hope to get the chance to work with her again one day!
